Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs, working remotely on a set schedule from Thursday to Monday, while utilizing various outreach methods to build trust and facilitate access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through virtual and in-person methods
• Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their needs and addressing barriers to enrollment
• Educate partners on Pair Team's services and promote effective communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
