Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist, this remote position will engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, and high medical needs through various outreach methods, working Thursday to Monday with a focus on building trust and relationships within underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person
• Listen openly to eligible members, adopting a problem-solving attitude in communication
• Educate partners on services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a HIPAA compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
