Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage and enroll individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or high medical needs, working remotely on a set schedule from Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program via various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
• Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their unique situations and addressing their concerns to facilitate enrollment
• Educate partners on Pair Team's services and promote effective communication among internal teams and community partners

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
• Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and a dedication to community improvement
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
