Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support community health initiatives, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage, enroll, and educate individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and high medical needs, working remotely on a set schedule from Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
• Listen openly to eligible members and provide education about Pair Team's services to link them to the Enhanced Care Management program
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel and meet key enrollment metrics to support the mission of improving community wellbeing

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
