Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely, focusing on engaging and enrolling individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder, while promoting access to Enhanced Care Management services during a set schedule of Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person at partner locations
• Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their needs and building trust through effective communication
• Educate partners about Pair Team's services and manage the end-to-end enrollment process while meeting key metrics

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a HIPAA compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Proficient in utilizing multiple technology platforms
