Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely on weekends, who will engage, enroll, and support individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder, while promoting the Enhanced Care Management program through effective communication and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and meeting key enrollment metrics
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proficient with multiple technology platforms and tools
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
