Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals with serious mental illness or high medical needs, working remotely with a schedule of Thursday to Monday, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
- Listen openly to eligible members, providing education about services while building trust and addressing concerns
- Manage the enrollment process and meet key metrics to support the mission of improving community wellbeing
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a HIPAA compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proficient with multiple technology platforms
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
