Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely while engaging and enrolling individuals with Serious Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, or high medical needs, requiring weekend availability and a commitment to building trust within underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person
- Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their needs and building trust to facilitate enrollment in the Enhanced Care Management program
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and maintain effective communication among internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and results-driven approach
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
