Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs, working remotely with required weekend hours and a focus on building trust within underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide education about Pair Team's services and effectively communicate the benefits of Enhanced Care Management to eligible members
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and updates on enrollment metrics and member progress
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and results-driven
- Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
