Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support underserved communities, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage, enroll, and educate individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder remotely while working weekends and adhering to PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
- Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their needs and building trust to facilitate enrollment
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
Required Qualifications
- Physically located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
