Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage, enroll, and support individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder in a remote capacity, requiring weekend work and a commitment to improving community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including virtual and in-person interactions
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Manage the enrollment process, ensuring effective communication and timely updates on funnel stages
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
