Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, and high medical needs, working remotely with a schedule of Thursday to Monday, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
- Listen openly to eligible members, adopting a supportive communication style to facilitate enrollment
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and promote effective communication among internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proficient in using multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
