Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Dedicated to transforming healthcare access, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs, working remotely on a schedule that includes weekends and requiring PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services while building trust with eligible members who may be hesitant about healthcare systems
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring effective communication and meeting key enrollment metrics
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills in both languages
- Proficient with multiple technology platforms and tools
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
