Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely on weekends, who will identify, engage, and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder, while promoting the Enhanced Care Management program through various outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person at partner locations
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style to foster trust and facilitate enrollment
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and ensure effective communication among internal teams and community partners
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in all communication aspects
- Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
