Job Summary
Seeking a motivated full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or high medical needs, working remotely on weekends while meeting key enrollment metrics and promoting effective communication among partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
- Listen openly to eligible members and provide education about services to build trust and encourage enrollment
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process and ensure timely communication regarding funnel stages
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
