Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely on weekends, who will engage, enroll, and educate individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs, fostering trust and improving access to healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Listen openly to eligible members, adapting outreach strategies to meet their needs and build trust
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
