Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist, this remote position will manage outreach and enrollment of individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs, requiring weekend work and PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, both virtually and in-person
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Effectively manage the enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and updates on funnel stages
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
