Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support community health initiatives, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, and high medical needs, primarily working remotely while adhering to PST hours and requiring weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
- Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Manage the enrollment process and meet key enrollment metrics to support underserved communities
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a HIPAA-compliant workspace
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Proficient in using multiple technology platforms
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
