Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely on weekends, who will engage and enroll individuals facing serious mental illness, substance use disorder, or homelessness into healthcare programs, while fostering trust and understanding within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program through various communication methods
- Provide education about Pair Team's services, addressing concerns and building trust with potential members
- Manage the enrollment process effectively, ensuring communication with internal teams and meeting key enrollment metrics
Required Qualifications
- Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a metric-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and results-driven approach
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
