To support a growing immigration law firm, the remote Bilingual Community Manager will plan and distribute content across various social media platforms, implement a multichannel content strategy, and analyze social media trends to enhance community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and distribute content on Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand guidelines
  • Design and implement a multichannel content strategy to drive conversions and strengthen the firm's digital reputation
  • Analyze social media metrics and trends bi-weekly to propose data-driven content improvements and track performance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
