Job Summary
Supporting client success in social media strategies, the full-time Bilingual Community Manager will provide tailored training, translation services, and client relationship support while working remotely in Quebec.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct training programs and presentations tailored to client needs
- Translate materials from English to Qu b cois French, ensuring accuracy and coherence
- Maintain strong client relationships and support their unique goals and standards
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or client service
- Bilingual fluency in Qu b cois French and English
- Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong task management skills
