To support a growing immigration law firm, the remote Bilingual Community Manager will plan and distribute content across various social media platforms, implement a multichannel content strategy, and analyze performance metrics to enhance community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and distribute content on platforms like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency
- Design and implement a multichannel content strategy aimed at driving conversions and building community loyalty
- Analyze social media trends and audience behavior to propose high-impact content and monitor relevant metrics for performance improvement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media and digital community management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and propose improvements based on metrics
