Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Outreach Specialist - Bilingual Preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and support to members and prospects regarding the Senior Care Options (SCO) program
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and represent the program at events
  • Assist in recruitment strategies and coordinate outreach activities to generate leads for new enrollees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a managed care, medical, or community service setting preferred
  • Customer service experience in healthcare is preferred
  • Experience with Government Programs, Medicare, and Medicaid is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
