Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Community Outreach Specialist (Arabic).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume telephonic outreach to eligible members and introduce them to the care model
• Execute a warm handoff to an assigned Community Guide for ongoing support
• Utilize technology to document member interactions and manage outreach activities

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement
• Fluency in Arabic and Spanish
• Strong goal orientation with a proven track record of meeting outreach targets
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• 18 years of age or older, with compliance to federal and state regulations regarding patient confidentiality
