Bilingual Community Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Community Outreach Specialist (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume telephonic outreach to eligible members to introduce care model and services
• Build rapport and educate members on services to drive enrollment and engagement
• Execute warm handoffs to Community Guides and ensure seamless transitions into ongoing care

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong goal orientation with a track record of meeting outreach or enrollment targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
