Bilingual Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting compliance efforts in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Distribution Compliance Specialist will oversee adherence to legal requirements, provide guidance and training for partner agencies and D2C teams, and analyze compliance trends to implement improvement plans, all while working remotely from any US-based location.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enforce compliance policies and procedures while providing guidance at management and agent levels
• Analyze sales compliance trends and collaborate with sales management to develop improvement plans
• Conduct compliance training in English and Spanish and maintain audit checklists based on compliance exams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages
• 5+ years of work experience in the financial services, insurance, or legal industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing information preferred
