Bilingual Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Distribution Compliance Specialist will oversee compliance across the Consumer Division D2C and Independent Partners, providing guidance, conducting training sessions, and analyzing compliance trends while working remotely from any US-based location.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance efforts by reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures at management and agent levels in both languages
• Analyze sales compliance trends and collaborate with management to implement improvement plans
• Conduct compliance training and maintain audit checklists to ensure timely resolution of identified issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages
• 5+ years of work experience in the financial services, insurance, or legal industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Previous experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing information preferred
