Job Summary

Providing personalized support to clients, the full-time Bilingual Concierge Advocate will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve member inquiries, and enhance customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the front-line contact for members, addressing questions and concerns effectively
  • Coordinate issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders while documenting interactions
  • Participate in team discussions to identify trends and improve member service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality roles
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups preferred
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
