Key Responsibilities

Communicate with various companies to obtain and verify project information and documentation
Perform thorough reviews and analyses of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies
Manage the loan pipeline and document all communication related to loan applications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows
Fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent math and analytical skills
