Bilingual Condo Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting, the full-time Bilingual Condo Loan Processor will manage documentation for condo projects, communicate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with agency requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with companies to obtain necessary project information and verify document requests
• Perform thorough reviews and analyses of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies
• Prepare project approval summaries and manage the loan application pipeline within allotted turn times

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities
