Bilingual Connection Advisor Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Connection Advisor Associate to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and document patient interactions in a remote environment while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key responsibilities:

• Answers and prioritizes incoming calls, addressing routine inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Obtains and accurately captures patient demographic and insurance information during calls
• Completes training and supports process improvement initiatives while adhering to departmental policies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One year of data look-up/data entry experience
• Two years of customer service experience involving complex analytical problem-solving skills
• One year of call center experience with a focus on customer service in the medical industry
• Bilingual in Spanish
