Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence
• Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire background information as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service experience is required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, especially Excel
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependability and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in deescalating adverse situations
