Bilingual Consumer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Service Operations Representative II (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support across multiple service functions, including enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and general inquiries
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues and claims in accordance with established policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including typing and data entry
• Call center experience required (inbound and/or outbound)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
• Strong ability to learn and navigate new systems, technology, and applications quickly
