Job Summary

Seeking a seasonal full-time Bilingual Contact Center Agent, the remote position will manage inbound calls to assist individuals registering for hurricane disaster relief, providing support with patience and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for disaster assistance registration
• Conduct calls to assess needs and provide appropriate instructions or referrals
• Enter information into a Windows-based database while following scripted guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of customer service-related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a high-speed internet connection
