Bilingual Contact Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a seasonal full-time Bilingual Contact Center Agent, this remote position will manage inbound calls to assist individuals registering for hurricane disaster relief, requiring a friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for disaster assistance registration
• Conduct calls with patience and courtesy to assess needs and provide instructions
• Enter data into a Windows-based database while following scripted protocols

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of customer service-related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a high-speed internet connection
