Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Agent - Customer Service Rep fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members and providers with inquiries, complaints, and education about insurance coverage and products
  • Research and resolve billing and claims issues
  • Act as a liaison between departments to address concerns

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in a face-to-face or call center environment
  • Proficiency in English and either Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Korean, or Spanish
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems
