Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Representative (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to commercial insurance inquiries from small business owners
  • Follow communication scripts and utilize product knowledge to address customer needs effectively
  • Build positive customer relationships and meet daily service, productivity, and quality targets
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working from home
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong experience with technology, including proficiency in Google Workplace and CRM software
