Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Representative (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to commercial insurance inquiries from small business owners
- Follow communication scripts and utilize product knowledge to address customer needs effectively
- Build positive customer relationships and meet daily service, productivity, and quality targets
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working from home
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong experience with technology, including proficiency in Google Workplace and CRM software
