Job Summary
Seeking dedicated customer service professionals, the full-time and part-time Remote First Shift Bilingual Contact Center Representatives will connect with CBN partners through prayer, share information about CBN's ministries, and encourage financial support while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with established and prospective partners through inbound calls, providing prayer and ministry support
- Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries while encouraging financial contributions
- Utilize biblical doctrine to pray with callers and maintain a distraction-free home office environment
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with professional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and multiple applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a structured, fast-paced environment
