Bilingual Contact Center Representative
Job Summary
Bilingual Contact Center Representatives will engage with customers in both English and Spanish, handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule no-cost In-home Health Assessments in a full-time remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and making calls to book appointments for health assessments
- Addressing customer needs and complaints while ensuring a supportive experience
- Utilizing software and tools effectively to meet call center metrics and provide excellent service
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
- Experience in outbound sales is a plus
- Proficiency in various software, including MS Office
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM, with 60 WPM preferred
