Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit calls of assigned Contact Center Specialists and track quality scores
- Coach specialists on process-related issues and document coaching opportunities
- Conduct quality meetings with supervisors to discuss team quality results
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) months of customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to adhere to an average QA score of 90% or higher for the past 90 days
- Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
