Leading contract administration activities, the full-time Bilingual Contract Manager will manage complex domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects, focusing on contract claims, change orders, and commercial risk mitigation in a remote setting.

• Lead contract administration for energy and infrastructure projects
• Manage contract claims, change orders, and risk mitigation efforts
• Draft, review, and negotiate contractual communications and agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience with complex projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or commercial management
• Demonstrated experience in claims management and contract negotiations
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
