Job Summary

Providing bilingual support for clients, the full-time Contractor Support Representative will manage inbound calls and client requests while ensuring service levels are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Leverage web-based applications to manage client accounts and order services, including background screening reports
  • Maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer retention and achieve first contact resolution for support inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates to clients, meeting call center metrics and turnaround times
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in an inbound customer service environment or equivalent education experience
  • Experience in background screening or analytical review roles preferred
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus
