Bilingual Cornerstone Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting Cornerstone clients remotely as an independent contractor, the Bilingual Cornerstone Consultant will manage system administration, optimize platform functionalities, and provide consulting services in both Turkish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main system administrator for the Cornerstone platform, handling user accounts, troubleshooting issues, and managing data feeds
• Review new releases, assist clients with feature enablement, and generate standard and ad-hoc reports
• Train other administrators on Cornerstone functionalities and provide recommendations for optimizing the platform

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Administrator of Cornerstone Learning & Performance
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in an LMS, application, help desk, or training support role within medium-to-large organizations
• Proficiency in both English and Turkish
• Strong experience in customer support or client management
• Reliable access to a personal computer and internet connection for remote work
