Bilingual Credit Counselor (AZ, CA, FL, GA, NJ, NY, TX), a full-time position responsible for conducting financial counseling sessions in both English and Spanish, analyzing budgets, and helping clients create personalized financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured financial counseling sessions and analyze clients' budgets
  • Provide personalized recommendations on debt management and financial solutions
  • Document sessions accurately and ensure compliance with internal standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience, with at least six months in a call center environment
  • NFCC Credit Counselor Certification to be obtained within the first six months of employment
  • Basic computer knowledge and strong mathematical skills
