Job Summary
Bilingual Credit Counselor (AZ, CA, FL, GA, NJ, NY, TX), a full-time position responsible for conducting financial counseling sessions in both English and Spanish, analyzing budgets, and helping clients create personalized financial plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured financial counseling sessions and analyze clients' budgets
- Provide personalized recommendations on debt management and financial solutions
- Document sessions accurately and ensure compliance with internal standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year customer service experience, with at least six months in a call center environment
- NFCC Credit Counselor Certification to be obtained within the first six months of employment
- Basic computer knowledge and strong mathematical skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
