Bilingual Credit Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Credit Representative (remote) Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text using advanced technology
• Negotiate payment agreements and assist customers in resolving concerns and managing debt
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collection experience
• Must reside in Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Idaho, Iowa, or Texas
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and type at least 25 words per minute
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection
• Must be able to meet minimum performance levels and KPIs
