Bilingual Credit Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Credit Representative to work remotely from Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Idaho, Iowa, or Texas, who will manage customer interactions through phone, live chat, email, and text while negotiating payment agreements and providing exceptional service to help consumers navigate their financial challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced technology to communicate with consumers and provide support via multiple channels
• Negotiate payment agreements and resolve customer concerns to assist individuals in managing their debts
• Navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and maintain performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collections experience
• Ability to work in a dedicated, quiet home office environment
• Proficient in general computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens
• Must have a personal cell phone for security application installation
• Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
