Bilingual Crisis Counselor Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing real-time guidance and support, the part-time Bilingual Crisis Counselor Supervisor will oversee volunteer Crisis Counselors in a remote setting, ensuring high-quality care for texters while managing high-risk situations and facilitating training adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform active rescues when texter safety is at imminent risk
• Monitor volunteer Crisis Counselor conversations for training adherence and quality support
• Provide real-time feedback on conversation quality and assist in developing safety plans for texters

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of crisis intervention work experience beyond volunteerism
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays, up to 12 hours per week
