Bilingual Crisis Counselor Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Bilingual Crisis Counselor Supervisor will provide real-time guidance to remote volunteer Crisis Counselors, perform active rescues, and ensure quality care for texters in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Perform active rescues when texter safety is at imminent risk
• Monitor volunteer Crisis Counselor conversations for training adherence and quality support
• Provide real-time feedback and assist in developing safety plans for texters

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of crisis intervention work experience beyond volunteerism
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, up to 12 hours per week
• Experience in monitoring and providing feedback in a training context
• Proficiency in G-suite and comfort with online platforms
