Bilingual Crisis Counselor Supervisor

Job Summary

Bilingual Crisis Counselor Supervisor will provide real-time guidance and support to remote volunteer Crisis Counselors, ensuring high-quality care for texters while working part-time in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform active rescues for texters identified at imminent risk
• Monitor and provide feedback on volunteer Crisis Counselor conversations for training adherence and quality support
• Assist volunteer Crisis Counselors in identifying texter needs and developing safety plans

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of crisis intervention work experience beyond volunteerism
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, up to 12 hours per week
