Job Summary

Providing bilingual support in customer activation and concierge services, the full-time Bilingual Customer Activation Representative with Life & Health License will assist customers in both English and Spanish, handling policy inquiries, collecting premiums, and ensuring compliance, while working remotely from any US location.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with partners to support policy inquiries and claims assistance in both English and Spanish
  • Provide real-time bilingual support to Spanish-speaking partners and resolve policy-related questions
  • Follow up with customers to collect pending requirements and document all actions in the system
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service-oriented work
  • Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Knowledge of insurance administration procedures and products
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
